Following is a list of other charges frequently levied by other companies but which do not apply with ECI:

·        Conference set-up fee.

·        Per line connection fee.

·        Operator assistance fee (for assisted calls).

·        Conference cancellation fee.

·        Unused line fee.

In short, there are no other costs beyond those showing above when you have a basic ECI conference.

Are there other, optional services available? Yes, there are, all very affordably priced. 

Operator dial-out rates cover calls to destinations anywhere in the US.  Operator dial-out to other countries is also available.  Participants in all countries connected to the public switched network can be included in conferences through operator dial-out.  Quotes for calls to countries not on our abbreviated country list will gladly be furnished on request.

Toll-free dial-in accepts calls from all 50 states and Canada.  International toll free from some other major countries can be arranged as needed.

There is no charge or obligation when you fill out the ECI application form, so now would be a good time to sign up and prepare yourself to take immediate advantage of the above savings whenever you might need to do your next conference.  Normally, it takes about a day to set up an account, so don’t wait till the last minute … do it now!
