In addition to the many free services offered as a part of your use of our basic service, we also offer the following optional services at the nominal costs shown:

Question & Answer Sessions	Question and answer (Q&A) sessions function as an electronic hand raising session. There is no limit to the number of fully interactive speakers that can be in a Q&A teleconference. All participants are placed in a "listen only" mode and can signal that they have a question by using their touchtone telephone. Participants are placed in queue and can be screened before going on line with their question(s). Each participant with a question is announced when placed into a talk mode. Q&A sessions are very effective in large meeting environments because they control background noise, those who can ask a question and the number of questions that are taken. Cost: 5¢/minute additional per participant
Conference Recording	High quality cassette tapes of the teleconference can be made at your request. Standard size 90-minute audio cassettes and DAT format cassettes are available. Cost: Initial tape-$10.00 Additional tapes - $7.50
Participant Lists	A printed participant list is available for all teleconferences. The list will include all compiled information that was requested. It can be sent via facsimile and/or the mail or express delivery. Cost: $1.00
Facsimile Services	Use our broadcast fax services to distribute conference related documents to all of your participants within minutes...before, during or after your teleconference. Available for all ECI teleconferences. Cost: $.50 per page
Transcription Services	Transcription services are available when you need a written record of your teleconference. These services are provided in conjunction with teleconference recording. Cost: $75.00 per transcription hour *
Interpreter Services	Interpreter services are available for all teleconferences, all languages and dialects. Interpreter services can be used just in the assembly of the teleconference or for the entire duration. Cost: Per minute based upon language. Call for quote: 1-888-214-8245
Recording Duplication	All teleconference recordings can be duplicated and forwarded to any number of locations. High speed duplication services are available in standard size cassette and DAT cassette. Cost: $7.50
Express Delivery	ECI can forward teleconference recordings and documentation via Federal Express for expedited delivery. Postal delivery is also available. Cost: First Class Mail - No Charge delivery rates are as posted by the company.

* One “transcription hour” equals about 20 conference minutes. Medical, Engineering, and Scientific
