Even though our rates are already among the lowest in the industry, we still don’t charge you anything extra for all the following features:

 

Immediate Call Placement

No advance notification is required to have ECI assemble a meeting for you. ECI reservationists and operators are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and are ready to assemble your teleconference at a moment’s notice.


Permanent Access Numbers

Upon request, ECI will assign you a permanent standard exchange or toll free access number so that you will never again have to go through the chore of giving out a new number to all your participants.


“24/7” Service

Otherwise known as “reservationless conferencing”, this feature allows you not only to have a permanently assigned number, but you can use it anytime … without even calling in for a reservation.


Permanently Scheduled Meetings

Schedule your repeating meetings in advance. We’ll be ready at the appointed time, every day, every week, every month, whatever you tell us.  Should you forget to cancel a permanently scheduled meeting, no problem, no charge. We will call to confirm your missed meeting and verify the next time that it will occur.


Permanently Dedicated Operators

ECI is focused upon doing everything possible to insure your successful meetings. We assign staff on a per client basis. Should there be a specific operator that has served you well in the past, ask for that person by name. We will assign him or her to do all of your meetings from then on. From experience, we have found that these close and personal relationships greatly improve the outcome of all teleconference meetings.


Customized Services

ECI customizes its services based upon your needs for each teleconference meeting. Let us know how you would like services to be provided and we will amend our services to meet those exact needs.


Customized Announcements

ECI staff will provide customized teleconference announcement services that fit the exact needs of the teleconference. All you need to do is provide us with a printed copy of your desired announcement.


Unlimited Operator Assistance

Unlimited operator assistance is available before, during and after the teleconference.


Opening Roll Call

An opening roll call is available for all teleconferences. The operator announces each person by name and garners a response insuring that all teleconference participants are aware of all parties connected.


Late Participant Announcement

By choice, the teleconference moderator can have the operator announce all late participants as they are added to the teleconference.


Automated Polling Services

This allows participants to respond to pre-established multiple choice questions with their touchtone telephone. Results are tabulated and can be provided during the conference and in print form.


Lecture/Broadcast Mode

Allows a speaker to "lecture" uninterrupted by other participants during some or all of the teleconference. This feature can also be used for panel discussions, allowing selected participants to converse while the remaining participants listen only.


Quality Monitoring

All teleconferences are monitored visually 100% of the time to insure teleconference integrity and quality. Audible monitoring is available upon request.


Secured Mode

The chairperson controls this feature, also known as "Security Lock-Out", using a touchtone phone. It blocks all outside access into the teleconference once it is activated.


Passcode and Password Access

Available for all Meet-Me teleconferences. Recommended for highly confidential meetings. Passcode access requires the participant to dial a customer specified touchtone passcode to enter the teleconference. Password access requires the participant to provide the teleconference chairpersons name in addition to a customer-specified password before being allowed access to the teleconference.


Subconferencing

This on-demand service is available at a moment’s notice for all teleconferences. Split into groups for "break-out" sessions, then reconvene for discussion with all participants.


Blast Dial Assembly

This dial-out feature is very effective when a large group of people needs to be assembled in the shortest possible time. An emergency management meeting, for example. From three to hundreds of participants can be dialed-out simultaneously with an automated response asking them to press a key on their touchtone phone to participate in the client specific teleconference.


Early Disconnect Verification

All dial-out participants who disconnect prior to the teleconference chairperson are called immediately, regardless of worldwide location, to verify that their disconnect was intentional. If the disconnect was unintentional, they are immediately placed back into the teleconference.


Accounting Codes

To aid in cost allocation and tracking, you can provide an accounting code, (i.e. location, dept #, client matter #, project #, etc.), when making your reservation. The accounting code will appear on the invoice.


Music On Hold

This feature is available on all types of teleconferences. Participants are placed on music hold while the teleconference is being assembled. The default style is classical. There are 30 choices of noncommercial music on hold styles.
