If you do conferences regularly, you probably won’t need or want the extra step of making a reservation each time. That’s why we invented the 24/7 option. We’ll give you a permanent number and permanent passcodes*, and you’ll be able to set up your conferences yourself. Just notify your participants, they call in, and you’re doing it!

Once you set up the 24/7 option it’s available for you anytime thereafter. Even if you decide to place a reservation-style call, your dedicated line and passcode will still be available. It's yours until you tell us you don't need it anymore! As with all ECI conference calls, operator assistance is just a button away: Just press *0 if you require assistance while you are in your conference.

To enable 24/7 service when you set up your account, simply indicate it as a desired option when you fill out our form. To enable it anytime thereafter, just phone ECI and ask to have the service added.

The 24/7 option is an excellent fit with your Crisis Management applications, or any situation where you need to get in touch with several parties in moments.

* If you wish, you may have multiple passcodes. This will allow you to assign them as needed to teams within your organization, giving you the ability to host several automatic conferences at once.
